Soulful Threadings honors the threads and connections we have with each other. My approach is to create a soul-oriented experience that weaves in the mind, body, and spirit. My background is in social work for more than a decade, creative/expressive arts, hilot binabaylan practitioner (Filipino indigenous medicine) and currently in training for massage therapy. All of my paths lead to the medicine of service.
